Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada, and many pieces also ship internationally. The shipping options for your address appear at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on US and Canada orders over $100. Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days. Preorder items, like the ZEMI ZM1, ship when they are ready, and the expected date is shown on the product page.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account.

Damaged or delayed orders

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived after 15 business days, email contact@carelaa.com with your order number and we will make it right.
