Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and Canada, and many pieces also ship internationally. You will see the shipping options for your address at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on US and Canada orders over $100. Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and with your receipt or proof of purchase. Read our full returns policy.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@carelaa.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What can't be returned?

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Custom or personalized items, personal care goods, perishable goods and hazardous materials also cannot be returned.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the one you want once your return is accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or wrong, email contact@carelaa.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

I live in the EU. Do I have extra rights?

Yes. If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging.

Products and drops

Will sold out pieces be restocked?

Most Carela pieces are limited editions and are not restocked once they sell out. Join our email list to get early access to every new drop.

How do your pieces fit?

Each product page has a size chart. Our hoodies and tees have a boxy, oversized cut, so size down for a closer fit.

Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Bancontact and iDEAL.
